Pre-Events

Terms & Conditions
In order to utilize a free member ticket, contractors must be a current member at the time of EPIC2026. Contractors cannot cancel their membership prior to EPIC2026 and still attend EPIC2026 for free if they previously registered prior to cancelling their membership.
In the event of a sellout prior to the conference, non-local contractors utilizing free member tickets must provide proof of a hotel reservation, otherwise their tickets will be released within 3 business days to individuals on the waiting list. Local contractors are considered contractors within a 50 mile radius of Las Vegas.
Cancellation Policy
The deadline to cancel your EPIC2026 registration without penalty is 30 days prior to the event start date (January 12, 2026). A 100% refund will be granted. Cancellations received after January 12, 2026 will not be refunded.
