Exhibiting at AHR Expo? We’ve Got Your Shipping Solution Covered

We have arranged with our trade show services vendor, Viper, to ship directly from AHR Expo to EPIC2026. If you would like to utilize Viper Transportation to ship your items direct from AHR Expo to EPIC2026 simply notify us prior to February to set up your shipment.

Material handling will still apply but Viper will waive any late fees for your shipment due to the timing constraints and issue a 50% discounted rate on show-to-show shipments, resulting in a substantially lower cost than shipping yourself.

Plus, Viper will collect your shipment at AHR and deliver it directly to your table at EPIC2026.
